1st off, yes you can enter, anyone can enter.
2nd, you can submit as much characters as you like but only one will get picked tho (unless they're twins or something but then they both should be on one entry).
3rd, NO GEMSONAS PLEASE! I don't consider Diamond apart of my main verse (more like a fan SU one) so interaction with her doesn't count and they also can't be born from a canon character (unless they were half human but ehhhh you'll really have to impress me with that; and then they'll still have to be born from a canon gem). For SU, I would just stick to the human characters as parents honestly...
Edit: Hey, I've gotten some entries alreadywow that was fast and I feel like I really didn't explicitly outline my expectations and I'm sorry about that. Having your design and basic bio of your OC is great but that's only have of what you need for your entry. The introductory story is mainly what I will be considering. I can like your OC's design and description of their personality, but I need to see them in action.
A good example of what I mean is what Vino-Lerrej sent me for his Melvin and the YBA commission -> Now this isn't a fully written story but just a overview about what's happening while nicely showcasing Melvin's personality and abilities (from that short story I know that Melvin is the cool martial artist with a bit of a short temper but is also loyal and strives to protect the ones that are dear to him) there's also showing interaction with my OCs which is required.
I know someone has mentioned that writing is not their strong point, and I totally understand that and want you to try your best. Though another alternative is writing your in script form. A good example of this is with Nobody's Will Morbucks related stories -> (just picked one randomly but the whole the Search of Will story is excellent). From this you also get a good overview of Will's character and how he interacts with people in a very simple way.
I also encourage you to please take your time. I usually spend quite a while making sure my OCs are nicely fleshed out and spend a lot of time trying to improve them. Yeah, the designs might take a day or a few hours but it's their personality and backstory that takes me the longest (omg the Charlie's Girls bios took me forever) so that's what I think you should try to focus on.

One of the things people tend to like about my work are my next gen characters. I remember I really got well known once I regularly started drawing Kingsley and Chloe, so my next gen characters will always be special to me and I love designing them. I've been kinda neglecting them lately but I'm hoping this will change this year and I go back to using them a lot like I did in 2013 and 2015.
As I mentioned before there are quite a few characters that other people have made (or were inspired by) for my verse and I liked them so much that I decided to officially add them to my verse, but this usually happens over a long period of time and I really have to like the character.
But now I'm offering a way for your OC to be in my verse more easily by doing this contest!
For this contest all you have to do is...
You can do this in many different ways like making a character sheet with a more detailed story in the description, a fanfic, a comic, or just a pic with a slightly less detailed story in the description. (A picture of them is preferred but a written description is fine but must be very detailed ex. they have their mother's eye color and their father's face shape etc.)
But it needs to be clear that they are supposed to apart of my verse (you can easily do this by just having them interact with one of my characters or at least mentions something about my verse like "my parents used to know Princess and Jack" or something similar).

And example of this would be "Jack secretly knocked some girl up when he was younger and now Kingsley and Chloe have a older half sibling" like... no... no we're not doing that...
I would avoid using characters that I've already made kids for especially for my most used characters. But if you're really interested in making someone related to one of my characters then it's best to make them cousins. For example if you want to make someone related to Charles (my Shego and Drakken kid) then you can make an offspring for any of Shego's brothers. If you want to make a sibling to one of my really unused OCs like my Robin and Bud kid, Erin then that's fine. If you're unsure about anything in my verse or HC that might conflict please ask!
Since these are fan characters, I would like for at least one of the parents of your OC be a canon character. Would also help you out if I'm familiar with the show of origin (I know most cartoons, not anime tho).
If you'll like to give your characters an ailment then, of course you know there's the Young Blood Alliance for the baddies. And there is a group for the heros but it hasn't been properly introduced yet, but it's called the Vanguard League (a counter group created by Blossom after Alex joined the YBA and their numbers started to increase; Kingsley would be the leader). And your OC could also be neutral and could be on either side and are trying to choose like Chloe or Ty.
So yeah, everything goes pretty much. Feel free to be creative especially if you want your OC in the YBA.
There needs to be at least 10 entries or I'm gonna cancel the contest and you can enter as many pics as you like.
Okay now on the the prizes!
The grand prize is your OC being brought into my verse and 400
*being brought into my verse will include a drawn comic or sketch dump of your character or could be a few pics of them.
